Booking & Payment

• A $100 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date and time.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full before the session ends.

Rescheduling

• One reschedules is permitted with at least 72 hours’ notice. The rescheduled session must take place within 60 days of the original session date.
• Requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice are considered a cancellation and will result in forfeiture of the retainer.
• A second reschedule will require a new retainer.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• All retainers are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
• Arriving 15 minutes or more late, or failing to attend the session without notice, will be considered a no-show. In these cases, the session will be canceled and the retainer forfeited.
• To rebook after a cancellation or no-show, a $25 booking fee will apply.

Gallery Delivery & Storage

• Once your gallery is delivered, please download and safely store your images as soon as possible.
• Galleries are stored for 90 days after delivery, after which they may be permanently removed to free up storage. I don’t want you to risk losing these special memories!

Re-edits, Revisions & Reshoots

• I do not offer re-edits, revisions, or reshoots unless a technical issue occurs that impacts my ability to deliver quality images.
• If a technical problem arises, I will work with you to ensure the best possible outcome.

Props & Outfits

• Props are always welcome and encouraged! Feel free to bring meaningful items that help tell your story.
• Outfit choices greatly impact the overall look of your photos, and I’m always happy to offer guidance if you need help deciding what to wear.

Weather

• Outdoor sessions are weather-dependent. If poor weather is anticipated, I will reach out to discuss rescheduling or adjusting the session plan as needed.

Turnaround Time

• Gallery delivery typically takes 1-2 weeks. I work efficiently while ensuring each image receives the care and attention it deserves.

Communication

• If I am unable to reach you within 3 hours prior to your scheduled session, I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule. Clear and timely communication helps ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

Social Media & Marketing

• By booking a session, you grant permission for Light and Love Photography to use your images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless otherwise discussed in advance.

Copyright & Usage

• Light and Love Photography retains full copyright of all images.
• Clients receive personal usage rights and may not alter, edit, or sell images without written permission.
